Do you have a passion for travel and customer service?

We are now actively recruiting a Travel Concierge Administrator that will join us as part of our growing team.


You will work alongside our current administration team to support our busy, agency and be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations and travel administration processes to support a stress free experience for our customers.


This is a customer facing role and will involve greeting clients, supporting the sales process and general day to day tasks including helping the team with promotional and marketing tasks online and in store.

We are searching for a driven and enthusiastic team player who is confident using technology, including Microsoft Office.

The role will be over a 7 day period, up to 30 hours per week, weekends will be required on a rota basis.

This position is Store based in either Beverley, Hedon or one of our new upcoming stores.


Pay will be in line with experience and will qualify for profit share as part of an amazing team.
